eCommerce websites or websites that have client portals, learning portals, integrations like Google APIs, custom-coded themes, or custom post-types/taxonomies have a lot of moving parts behind the scenes.

As a result, they require a bit more attention than other sites so everything keeps running smoothly. Final pricing on this add-on will depend on the size and complexity of your extension or subsite and will be provided to you prior to enrollment.

Yes, there is a $150 onboarding fee for websites that we did not build or a website that has not had a care plan with us in the last 3 months.

This fee is at the time of enrollment.

Additionally, after our initial check of your website’s integrity we may ask you to resolve issues before we can onboard you onto our website maintenance services.

A “content edit request” is a request to edit existing text or images on your website and typically takes under 30 minutes to complete.

The following ARE included items:

  • Updating service page content
  • Updating employees
  • Creating a new page, with provided content, based on a pre-existing layout
  • Adding and scheduling a new blog post with provided content and images
  • Adding/updating products to your store
  • Adding/updating events to your event calendar

Requests that require more than 30 minutes to complete and/or a more complex skill set to complete will require a quote to be created and paid for prior to the task being completed. 

The following items ARE NOT included and will require a quote:

  • Installing and configuring new plugins
  • Creating all new page(s) with little to no content or layout
  • Creating all new custom page type
  • Updating theme style or design in any way

No, not at all. In fact, if your existing hosting account is paid for an extended term the we recommend you keep it where it is. When that term is up we can migrate your site to our hosting for no additional cost.

Of course! We understand that some folks don’t need help with making content updates to their website and only need assistance with the “nitty gritty” bits like updates, security, etc.

We offer a reduced Essentials plan that offers everything in The Essentials section of our plan for only $79 a month.

This plan also has access to our Core plugins and theme which include 27 of our favorites saving you over $300 each year in licenses.

*please note you may be required to include our High-Traffic or Complex site add-ons.

For plugins that are outside of our library, you have the option to pay for the license yourself or charge them to your account and add them to your monthly retainer. This additional cost typically ranges between $10 and $50 per month depending on the particular plugin/theme/service.

While we never want to lose a client, your plan may be terminated by either party for any reason with written notice. If your account has any open invoices, an invoice will be sent that must be paid in full before any deliverables are provided.

If you terminate your contract we will detach our licenses from your website which will not affect its functionality but will not allow it to continue to receive updates. We’ll send a overview that includes which licenses will need to be purchased if you wish to continue use of the plugin/theme(s).

Finally, we will provide a complete backup of your website for your records. If your site is hosted with us, we can provide assistance with transferring the site.
